Refund Policy for Cref ASL Cloud POS

  1. General Policy
  • All subscription fees for the Cref ASL Cloud POS SaaS Serviceare non-refundable, except as required by Nigerian law.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business daysand credited to the original payment method.
  1. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be considered only in the following cases:
✅ Duplicate Charges – If you were accidentally billed twice for the same service.
✅ Service Failure – If the Service is completely non-functional due to our fault, and we cannot resolve the issue within 7 days.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

❌ Change of Mind – No refunds if you simply decide not to use the Service.
❌ Partial Usage – No prorated refunds for unused subscription periods.
❌ Third-Party Issues – No refunds for problems caused by internet/power outages, device compatibility, or user errors.
